I had 2 pints and a few soft drinks over the course of the night from 6:30pm (had a date) to 12am .
But yeah definitely weight gain is an issue.
back in the day it was a struggle going out 2-3 nights each weekend guzzling beer and liquor plus fast food in the wee hours.
last night I only did 2 cold approaches in the end up. I was solo until about 10:30pm which was a problem mentally for me.

Review of last night and observations ;
pretty busy “cool” bar with a venue next door and a big name DJ playing so lots of hot ladies and cool guys floating around. I have not been out trying nightgame in quite a while
I was moving between the bar (inside) and the verandah outaide on the street next to the venue and the queue outaide there. Street was busy
general observations
- bar staff were 2 trendy dressed tall gay dudes and 2 hipster chicks.
- lots of people and lots of cliques of 3-4 mixed ppl at tables.
- 2 hot chicks 1 Asian 1 white I sat next to but they were deep in convo about some dating /man drama. I really liked the Asian and she observed me possibly IOI/liked me but I did not open cos they was busy furiously talking. They left soon after. Meh.
- tried talking to some older unattractive chick just for conversation but she was drunk or stoned and didn’t give me much and turned away.
- chicks inside bar in pairs but very young for me, too young. Could see them looking at me judging as I was solo until 10:30pm
- tons of hot chicks walking past bar and lining up to venue , but either with hot dudes or in mixed cliques with hot dudes.
- almost every hot chick was usually with a hot tall Chad dude …or 2 or 3 such dudes in a clique. Either tall or big framed well dressed dudes.
- the bathroom of the bar I nicknamed “the white room” as I suspect everyone doing Coke in the toilet stalls . Multiple voices and ppl coming in /out of toilets.
- lots of folks on drugs coming in/out of venue.
- general druggy atmosphere and venue crowd mostly on drugs
- someone smoking a joint in the verandah crowd one section stank of weed
- opened a chick with a 9/10 face but a butter body on a smoke break from the gig. She’d had a bit of coke, and pretty chatty
Could have possibly got her number but figured I’d see her later maybe. I left before gig was over, plus she was sizeable, so no .
- did continually notice that the cliques all had hot dudes present and the “cliquey” cold vibe around the groups.
- took a pic of the DJ he was cool.
- tried to sit next to a chick in a corner on one end who was talking to another high but attractive chick on a smoke break , corner chick must have sussed out my plan and quickly put her feet up on the chair between us and ****blocked me from getting close to talk. Meh
- my friend arrived finally around 10:30/10:45
- 2 hot bodied very b1tchy looking chicks were standing across 2 sets of tables from us , we scoped them out and watched a fat Indian PUA type guy open and talk to them.
I had been watching this guy moving around and opening a few sets during the evening, and getting nowhere . He was chubby short and very dark skinned. His smv would be low I judged.
I will continue with details about these 2 chicks and the possible approach of them.
