why do TV daytime sitcom producers have male characters with long hair like fabio? Do women like this kind of style ? These guys have long hair that aren't tied at the back.

The truth is that they actually like them to look like Gandalf not Fabio, but long hair is definitely the common factor. It evokes primal responses. If you doubt what I am saying then I think you should consider Viggo Mortensen with a crew cut as opposed to the longer style, and you will see what I mean.

hey, I was sick for several days hence I watch TV at home. I saw these TV soap shows that had guys dress like Fabio. WTF ? Every show had every guy dress in same style including the doctor.

only daytime soap a man should be allowed to watch is the show "Passions" that show used to have warlocks, witches, and an evil baby along with evil spells and potions. A friggen womanizer and an insane woman that has an axe.

That show is the only daytime soap that I ever enjoyed watching because of its humorous side to it. I was forced to watch soaps with my mom for being a bad kid until I was nine. I was a very bad kid back then too.

I've got long hair and I get that stupid sh1t, "Are you like [insert whatever lame celebrity with long hair has the highest visability]?" I've had long hair since highschool... if you're going to associate it with something, think heavy metal (Dark Tranquillity, Opeth, etc.). Just stop it with the LAME associations losers.

Its really shortsighted to say "only goth women like guys with long hair" or "only hippie chicks". I'm growing my hair out. It's rather long now, 4-5 inches. Not long enough for a ponytail, so I sometimes wear a headband to keep it out of my eyes.

All the girls I know look at pictures of me with short hair and tell me they wish I'd cut my hair. When they do this, I just think of Mystery, whose hair is beyond shoulder-length. Mystery appears to do okay with girls with long hair, so I will too .

Exactly. My girlfriend is one of the most innocent girls in the world, not hippie, goth or other stereotypes, she was virgin at 16 when I met her, but she fell in love with me right because I had longhair. Since I cut it, she says that she doesn't like me physically that much and that I should grow it out again.

Also, the vast majority of highschoolers that "get it" here have long-hair.
