The first expensive cologne I ever bought was Tom Ford, Noir Extreme. I love it.

The lady that sold it to me explained that fragrances smell different on your skin than they will on your clothes because of your body heat. So try your fragrance on both. Also let it sit on your skin for a minute to see how it changes.
I like this perfume called l'eau d'issey (Issey Miyake).
Just what you said. It changes between a sandalwood earthy fragrance and a subtle flowery undertone.

Good insight.

I love to cook my own food according to my nutrition now.

Starting to meditate is another new habit I aim to develop.

Looks:

The workouts are paying off, I feel more energetic and alert all day long.

My sex drive and controlled assertiveness has increased.

Career:

I was planning to go to europe for work and edu buy the lockdown has put me in a dilemma, I'm still going ahead with it.

Meanwhile planning to finish a top certification at home.

Fashion:

Haven't added anything meaningful to my wardrobe yet, but plan to get a casual suit at the least.

i would love some suggestions or guides that you guys used to get a new set of wardrobe.

My physical fitness has drastically altered my body shape and size so I'll be replacing my entire wardrobe.

Some advice on shoes would be great too.

Books:

Double your dating by David D
Reread Book of Pook.
Planning to read starting strength today.

Plates:

Smashing left and right now that I'm back in my city after a residential masters program.

Hey guys,

Health and Looks

A very exciting development that happened today.
Never have I done it before or even imagined I would be doing it in my life.

I CAN FINALLY DO ONE HAND PUSHUPS.

My health and fitness are on point now, atleast the path is clear. Maintenance is key.

I groom myself in the lockdown. Shower daily. Using a great conditioner.

Cardio x 3

Calisthenics is the name of the game

Sleep 9-12 hours for best recovery.

Cooking my own food. Same food. Focus on macros. Protein and fats maxx.

Supplementing with fish oils, tribulus terristris, whey protein, multivitamins, herbs for vitality, zinc, probiotics.

My hairstyle is ****ed tho, any DIY y'all know?

Hobbies.

Jamming on my guitar playing the craziest solos I can't believe. Think anastasia by slash.

Following a lot of UFC these days.

Books read.

The Art of Mackin
Bigger leaner stronger
Researching on good books to help with a startup
Tech books and courses - MOOCS

Being contacted by different recruiters for work.
A startup looks promising as they as offering partnership looking at my tech business degree.

Sorry I've been away for months.

Current stats:

Health and Fitness:
Huge cut, lost about 20 pounds, lost fat and some muscle.
Slight strength decrease. I can easily do pull ups now.
Continue to make my own meals - chicken eggs and veggies all day long.

Nofap day 5, I feel horny with a lot of energy.
This is good.

Plan to break nofap streaks with sex on the ninth day. Mad test levels on day seven, hence max training.

Bought a bench with adjustable dumbells.

Career:
Got a scholarship overseas for research in IT. Planning to fly out next year.

Invested in equipment for my own tech related work

Dates:
One steady, one crashed, one about to crash.
Replace two by hitting up on 10 girls today. Seems easier to get multiple dates in a day with nofap. Aggression high.

Girls eye me everywhere I go, usually 6-7s.

Books read:

None, I'm following youtubers who align with my interests. Vitruvian physique, Greg Doucette, Thenewboston etc

Greg Doucette is easily the best fitness YouTuber. VitruvianPhysique is great too. He's hilarious and very helpful.

This site

-showed me the happiness brotherhood can impart on a man.

- improved what I knew about game, frame, self-respect, self-improvement and boundaries.

-taught me how social and sexual dynamics work in reality and how to go about them.

I will always be grateful towards the legends who shook me to reality and made me realise the truth. You guys would always be my heroes.

I have all the resources and knowledge that I need to improve myself to become a high value man I've wanted to be in life.
Thanks to you guys.

The only obstacle stopping me now is myself.

I've had marginal but noticeable growth in success with women and my life since I've swallowed the redpill which wasn't a long time back.

But it's not enough.

I attribute this primarily to having insufficient noticeable value in congruence to the mindset I have developed.

It's dangerous unless you actively work towards increasing the value you offer by GOING OUT THERE AND DOING IT.

Goals to achieve before 17 Oct (4 months from now) :

1) Body fundamentals
Lose weight to 180 pounds at 6'2
Join MMA and learn to fight

2) Fashion fundamentals
- A high end suit
- A watch
- 3 sets of new clothes for my new wardrobe.

3) Social Fundamentals
Approach one new girl everyday
Hang out with my guy friends and suggest activities which are around self improvement.

4)Vocal fundamentals
Watch one new video on vocal fundamentals everyday and replicate the exercises infront of a mirror with a recorder.

I'll be talking to myself once every month on the 17th on this thread and I hope to see progress in myself.

Till then, thank you guys and best of luck.
How much of this first list was accomplished?

I used an app for the voice to measure the low frequencies. Basically if you hmmmmm in a relaxed tone that a low note you can use to speak everything.

Lost about a 100 pounds in the last 2 years.

Approach experience gave me a confidence to say "**** it" and dive in whenever I want now to talk to a girl.

Covid did mess up approaches this year but I made do with online approaches.

Lots of growth in terms of new hobbies, career paths and investments.

So your voice is currently a well honed tool? Which app helped you out?

Another month, another post.

Fitness

My body composition is changing rapidly but I've just hit a plateau.

I'm on a 500-700 calorie deficit without much loss in strength.

Easily one of the strongest guys in the gym.

Aim to get to 15% body fat by new year's.

10000 steps a day, everyday, is easier than 30 minutes of HIIT.

I cycle carbs now, alternate days.

I see a weight loss plateau, I'd be open to suggestions to break it.

Career

With the lockdown everywhere around the world, UK seems like a good option to go for further studies, what do you think?

I have a scholarship from 2 top universities there for the January '21 intake.

Dates

I see many women interested, I'm keeping my distance to focus on my fitness and career.

Interestingly the more I avoid women, the more seem to surround me.

Had 2 plates.

One crashed permanently.

I was left with 2.

Logistical issues with both. Not going out of my way to meet them. Assume 0.

Currently not approaching, not even bothered.

Books

The Art of Thinking Clearly

Freakonomics

Music

I shred with buckethead's music now.

It feels like after two years of daily practice for 2-3 hours I can just about play anything.

Never thought I'd be able to play over 500 notes per minute on the guitar.

Thank you and stay tuned.

Cooking food in bulk, meal preps ftw.

My strength has massively improved:

Bench: 248 lb
Squat: 347 lb
Single Arm Row: 124 lb (I don't DL)

I've gained over 50 pounds in an year, being in an excessive than required calorie deficit.

I avoided cardio and deficits for being scared to lose my strength gains but now I don't like how I look in the mirror.

I'm going on a massive cut now.

This time around I'll FIRST do my cardio then train strength as I've not been able to have the energy to run once I'm done lifting.

Folks do say it's better to do cardio after strength training but that's only useful if one follows through.

New routine would consist of 1 hour of HIIT everyday before 2x3x3x10 of resistance training.

Add in a zero carb keto diet and I think I'll be good to go.

Any tips are appreciated.

Do your cardio AFTER strength training seriously. You don’t want to start your strength training already worn out, at least that is if you care more about strength than cardio. Hit the weights, then rest however long you need and go cardio. To be honest, ideal way is to do cardio on the days between your strength training but don’t overdo it since you’ll be cutting. Listen to your body. You’ll naturally lose some progress you’ve made in the strength department because of the cut. Don’t worry about this. You will lift less weight but look way better.

I want to chime in that after you do your strength training, if possible you should get some carbs in your system to replenish glycogen. Even if it’s just like eating an apple. This tip made my life soooo much easier. The cardio felt so hard without doing this.

But if you’re training fasted, it is what it is lol.

EDIT:
Oh wait a minute, you said you eat extremely low carb right?

Yeah I'm on a low carb high protein diet starting today.

I'll use that tip, apples are a great source, low cal and healthy fibres. Thanks Nick.
