"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

Tell him to buy a weight bench, Smasher, he'll listen to you. :)
Maybe.
How do have a home gym without a weight bench?
He won't, unfortunately. I've given him some gold in a few posts and he doesn't even acknowledge those posts when I hit too close to home.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

Back in the day, I had a power rack set up in my garage. I got a used barbell and free weights for cheap. I bought a weight bench and then I made some sawhorses with my dad to catch the weight in case I failed.

Not only was it fun, but I saved lots of money and got to work with my hands. He should do something like that, won't run you more than $400 most likely. Squat racks are pretty cheap on Amazon. In hindsight I don't think you even need a power rack cause you can use sawhorses to set the bar if needed.

Then you can squat, deadlift, bench press, overhead press, and row.

I've removed rows and back of neck presses from my workouts, due to some neck pain I've developed in recent months. Probably age related, but I don't want to exacerbate it. Still doing bent over rows and barbell presses though.

Check out the body beast program. It will teach you the basics of body building with just dumbbells. I been using it for years with good results.

The OP got a ton of good advice, but still insists that he wants "muscles by summer".

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Women won't be impressed by your abs if they come with chicken legs

He just might take it seriously and do it on OLD.

That would be bad.

I see meat heads who have the big arms and chest (lots of times ugly face) BUT have very weak, skinny legs and do no leg workouts or cardio. I thought women like those meat heads because I see them type with decent women sometimes. Tends to be younger women too.

Example of one. You can tell all they do is lifting but no other lower body workout.

I used to watch that show, Hardcore Pawn. That owner guy would talk a lot of sh!t when he had his big security guards around. The Jerry Springer of pawn shows.

If i had his money I would have no problem getting women.

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.
