No...Pretty much anyone can do it, read up on poliquin he uses a variety of good fats, such as fish oil, flaxseed oil, udos oils on the people he trains and this makes them loose fat while gaining mass.

yea its definatley possible and i am doing it as we speak

i am 6ft and was at 200lbs.

i have since dropped to 180

i used to bench about 130 even when i weighed 200

now at 180 i am rep'in 205lbs.

it requires a diet with a lot of small meals
also, it is a high protein low fat diet
with lots of foods like tuna
also almost all the carbs in my diet are complicated carbs. such as vegies and whole wheat breads.

Can't you do this if you do high weight/low reps on the parts you wanan gain muscle on, and low weight/high reps on the part you wanna tone?

no you can't because central nervous system will get burned out, do either one or other, but low weight, high reps wont do anything but fatigue out the muscle, and you can't really sculpt or shape a muscle, its genetically predeterimained...you can just loose bodyfat to show it more

yes when you want to tone your muscles do all of them

but low weight, high reps wont do anything but fatigue out the muscle,

this way helps you to build muscle

and you can't really sculpt or shape a muscle, its genetically predeterimained...you can just loose bodyfat to show it more
while higher reps does help lose some body fat you still can shape your muscles to a certain extent

that shaping you refer to is simply..you loosing fat from high energy expanduture from fatiguing the muscle...thus burning fat n stuff, so you say shape it, but you only loose fat while showing the muscles true shape...and low weight high reps doesn't have enough neurological impact on the muscle fibers to make them contract fully and stimulate growth
