Cut the hair off the sides leave some on top. I think a fade would look good on you.
Keep the mustache and goatee but get the mustache shaped.
Either grow a beard or shave that stuff off the sides or your face it make a you look dirty.

You have a nice head of hair and potential to be really nice looking, but you could easily put on dirty clothes and pass for homeless right now.

So my advice is more attention to grooming.

I think you look masculine, just a few changes to make. I'd definitely get a bad boy haircut instead of that long hair. Also, how well do you sleep and how much sleep do you get? I think more rest, exercise and meditation would help the dark area around your eyes.

I'd keep the beard at a shadow until its thicker although maybe keep the moustache.

If you drop some bodyfat and water weight your face will look great, good hair line and brown/greenish eyes are a great starting point.

Agreed. Shave it off till the testosterone flows and I'd get a haircut. Hair looks all greasy
