@Sega Genesis "A man automatically "putting her away for awhile" without considering all the various nuances could actually make things worse!"

Yeah, a great deal of the theorizing on dating and mating is comparable to most(though certainly not all)martial arts practices, post-WWII

Just as the latter is often highly effective in the dojo amongst nice people, but craps out miserably in a bar brawl with vicious brutes who've done hard time in federal pen, the former goes smoother than Vermuth on the page when one is simply imagining a scenario, but leaves much to be desired in RL. Ex.

A gal who's little sister was just mauled to death by a pack of ravenous timber wolves as she watched on helplessly, 15 mins before a fella initially approached her, may be more receptive to his efforts, a few months afterwards

“The 22 Rules That Turned Me From Invisible to Irresistible With Women… Starting Tonight”

You can skip the expensive cars, the fancy clothes, and the endless gym selfies. Completely unnecessary.

I used to freeze the second a beautiful woman looked my way. Frustrated. Awkward. Watching other guys walk away with the girl while I stood there tongue-tied.

Then I discovered 22 simple rules that rewired my entire dating life. The anxiety vanished. Conversations flowed effortlessly. Women started chasing me for a change.

These rules trigger a woman's subconscious attraction switches. And you can start using them tonight.

Needless to say, touching using the Vin Di Carlo escalation ladder

Compliance itself isn't always the best litmus test if you have a free-spirited girl or headstrong woman who is still interested and open to fast seduction. Conversely, she could be submissive and follow along to whatever, but still have reservations about sex.

An escalation ladder I found on reddit:

Throwback. I nearly forgot about the Vin DiCarlo escalation ladder

Every man must experience at least a couple of times what's it like to have a woman 100% obsessed with him.

It will show the contrast between the women you've been chasing vs women chasing you.

A little bit of objection doesn't mean that you can't ever get the woman, but WHY does she make it difficult? Because she's is " a holy principled virgin" or because she is weighing all her options and you are at the bottom of that list?

If you know how women that really like a man behave, you will understand that any form of non-compliance = disinterest. Regardless of how much YOU want her..

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

I will say that, as you alluded to in your post, that a "holy principled virgin" or any kind of woman who has reservations about having sex with men in general, demonstrating non-compliance does not mean disinterest, and this is something that imo can throw guys off.

For me, its if she initiates.

For me "level of cooperation" doesn't mean much. If she cooperates, she is likely thinking "ok, I got nothing else to do, let me hang out with this sucker for a while, maybe I can get a free lunch out of him"

But if she initiates? Oh man, you are living rent free in her head and have frame.

My thoughts only.

^^Yeah, "I" was the one who actually kissed.
Do you define yourself as a confident woman or a more insecure woman?

This act is very much that of a confident woman, who has shown the man she likes her, but he can't understand or pursue her. He's simply too absorbed in his rational life.

The thing is, niceness in seduction can initially draw someone in because it is soothing and comforting, but it can eventually become monotonous and suffocating and lose its effect. Erotic feeling depends on tension. Without tension, anticipation, and suspense, there can be no sense of release, pleasure, or excitement when the eventual climax happens. I think the difference is whether that tension develops naturally or is deliberately manufactured by pulling away just to create an emotional spike, but as the saying goes, a key that opens many locks is a master key.
I've found a few "master" men who knew how to conquer them all; it was as if they knew how to push the buttons.
They could be natural or artificial, but they all had a tendency in their relationships to last very short periods.

For phuck's sake, touch them and see how they react.
How should they?

I'm confident but I can also be insecure at times too depending on the guy and situation; it's not either/or nor black and white.

With the guy I kissed first, I felt confident in that situation and in that moment. It wasn't planned nor was I following a script.

With other men, I have felt nervous and shy and in those situations I felt less confident and waited for him to kiss me!

Like with new guy I'm dating. I feel more confident now but when I first met him (at a party not online) I thought for a moment he might be out of my league! Lol Status wise and socially mostly.

But I got over that and feel more comfortable now. So it really depends @Pumax, interesting question though!

One thing about me is I don't follow "rules' if anything I make my own rules and go with whatever I am feeling in the moment.

Have I confused you enough? Lol

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

why do you think he is out of your league ? what did you see and think that caused you to believe his higher value at first ? what changed that caused you to trust him ?

for sure this is the nice situation.

women often initiate. the challenge is its a spectrum and knowing what is happening.

on the other side, she might not really want to have sex with you but goes along with it because your persistent. is that cooperation ???

Well he is a bit of a "mover and shaker" in our community with a higher status job, more than just being financially successful.

When I discovered this, I did feel a bit intimidated at first but he is so grounded, down to earth and genuine, I got over that and realized it was my own anxiety and insecurity that caused me to feel that way.

HE didn't know any of this, I kept to myself and worked it out internally.

Still early stages but so far so good!
