"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

It's actually a very real and serious problem. Men have seen so many influencers and gym bros on gear for so long that they've completely lost touch with what a healthy and fit male physique looks like and what's actually important in life.

It goes like this:

normal guy, lifts weights to attract women -> starts improving and seeks like-minded men -> spends all of his time thinking about male physique and talking to other men about the male physique and neglects everything else in his life -> develops deeply pathological body dysmorphia and massively inflated ego, and is now gay

Mac from Always Sunny is actually a great example of what I'm describing.

Yeah, I can see how this would spiral out of control, particularly with the combination of the dating dumpster fire and the self-reinforcing rabbit hole that social media provides.

And ..theyll oftentimes ends up with a misogynistic mindset.

The gymmaxxx is great because the gym does teach us a lot about ourselves. But there is a catch: if you do it just to get women it's disheartening to learn that it's NOT a guaranteed path to p00sy. Nor is having money.

Gymmaxxx by now is actually a zero sum game. The women you do want are desensitised, like how men are desensitised due to pron. They've ( women) seen it all done it all.

So yeah, bigorexia does makes sense to me.

One more thing: I've mentioned before that with the hard times that are luring at us it's kinda irresponsible to NOT work your azz off. So a man who is in the gym 7 times a week 4 hours a day perhaps doesn't have his priorities straight. You might as well "put those fries in the bag" an hour per day and it's still gonna be more beneficial than not making an extra buck( unless you're financially sound)

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

yes there can be extremes. generally gym is good for men. do stay away from the tren and other strong stuff. many can/will interpret this thread idea that maybe gym is bad so should not do it.

yes lots men do gym. far more don't....

some men don't need it. they are naturals. lucky them. for me its required.

nothing overcomes stupid, not gym, not money, not game.

if you look physically masculine, you don’t need gym. If you don’t, then you need gym.

This is pretty simple, the weaker men are the less likely they will do something about being ruled by cannibalistic, satanic pedos.

“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

If this particular fad is what's going to lead us out of this celebration of The Soft Boy aesthetic, let's salute it. Same way the advent of 'roided out he-men like Arnie and Stallone in The 80s, juvenile as it was, dropkicked the era of Alan Alda-esque sensitive men back into The 1970s

Sometimes, we have bust down doors with pickaxes in order to get ourselves out of a building that's burning to it's foundation

No it's not.

Becoming obsessive that you "aren't big enough" and constantly checking yourself out in the mirror, etc is called that.

Gym maxing is completely useless if you have a low self image and think muscles will change your innate insecurities. Even if you get opportunities, your insecurities will fvck it up somehow.

The “self” is always coming through. Whoever you are on the inside will always rear its ugly head.

You can’t fool women and their millions of years of biology by signing up for planet fitness and lifting a dumb bell.

Yeah, if one is "just lifting" primarily for someone else's approval, and not because he's devoted to looking after his health, he'll inevitably end up disappointed

The “frame” someone is coming from determines his entire reality.

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

Notice how nobody worries about your mental or physical health when you let yourself go, eat crap and avoid sports yet everyone is concerned once you show discipline and accept sacrifices for long term goals.
