'Bigorexia' Is On The Rise. Here's What Parents Should Know.
Although it can affect anyone, this lesser-known disorder commonly affects boys and young men.
Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.
I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.
Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules. Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.
You can skip the expensive cars, the fancy clothes, and the endless gym selfies. Completely unnecessary.
I used to freeze the second a beautiful woman looked my way. Frustrated. Awkward. Watching other guys walk away with the girl while I stood there tongue-tied.
Then I discovered 22 simple rules that rewired my entire dating life. The anxiety vanished. Conversations flowed effortlessly. Women started chasing me for a change.
These rules trigger a woman's subconscious attraction switches. And you can start using them tonight.
It's actually a very real and serious problem. Men have seen so many influencers and gym bros on gear for so long that they've completely lost touch with what a healthy and fit male physique looks like and what's actually important in life.Everybody is always looking for a reason to tell people:
"You shouldn't be doing that!"
Flexorexia

Yeah, I can see how this would spiral out of control, particularly with the combination of the dating dumpster fire and the self-reinforcing rabbit hole that social media provides. It's actually a very real and serious problem. And ..theyll oftentimes ends up with a misogynistic mindset. It's actually a very real and serious problem. It goes like this:
normal guy, lifts weights to attract women -> starts improving and seeks like-minded men -> spends all of his time thinking about male physique and talking to other men about the male physique and neglects everything else in his life -> develops deeply pathological body dysmorphia and massively inflated ego, and is now gay
Mac from Always Sunny is actually a great example of what I'm describing.
if you look physically masculine, you don’t need gym. If you don’t, then you need gym.yes there can be extremes. generally gym is good for men. do stay away from the tren and other strong stuff. many can/will interpret this thread idea that maybe gym is bad so should not do it.
yes lots men do gym. far more don't....
some men don't need it. they are naturals. lucky them. for me its required.
nothing overcomes stupid, not gym, not money, not game.

RABBIT?!?!?Yeah, I can see how this would spiral out of control, particularly with the combination of the dating dumpster fire and the self-reinforcing rabbit hole that social media provides.
Yeah, if one is "just lifting" primarily for someone else's approval, and not because he's devoted to looking after his health, he'll inevitably end up disappointedGym maxing is completely useless if you have a low self image and think muscles will be change your innate insecurities. Even if you get opportunities, your insecurities will fvck it up somehow.
The “self” is always coming through. Whoever you are on the inside will always rear its ugly head.
You can’t fool women and their millions of years of biology by signing up for planet fitness and lifting a dumb bell.
The “frame” someone is coming from determines his entire reality.Yeah, if one is "just lifting" primarily for someone else's approval, and not because he's devoted to looking after his health, he'll inevitably end up disappointed
