As most of the fapping is done overnight when there is trouble sleeping and this actually helps me fall asleep quickly. The virus anxiety and news feed about this virus is probably contributing to feeling a bit more anxious than usual in the bed. Allot of drastic changes have been occurring locally that are simply very jarring and this seems to work to do the job and cause sleep. Why apologize for being single?

@MessedUpLearner every day seems a bit much, at least for me personally. I have an ongoing thread that I update once a month(I'm running a little late for the latest update). Once a day is great for someone with a chronic issue, but it's important not to fixate on it. The hole cessation leaves behind is meant to be filled with other more wholesome activities. That's where the focus should be. Ideally you're too involved with other things to even think about it.

You're using it to cope, and if you've used it to help fall asleep for any length of time you'll have terrible insomnia when you attempt nofap. If you can, attempt to stagger the nights you use it as a sleep inducer. Your body has most likely adapted to your habit and regulates less sleep inducing hormones naturally as a result. It'll take time for it to adapt back to a healthy state, if you try quitting that is.

It is normally a last resort to fall asleep if I pasd 4 am or something. Allot of staggering goes on but I dont intend not to sleep at all.
