Day: Cant remember
Thought I'd share an update. Cant remember how long NC has been, around 3/5 months?. Anyway, things have gotten a lot better, she hasn't reached out and neither have I. My life is a lot better now than it was when I first started NC.
Sorted out my diet and lost a lot of weight, focused on my career and studying which has been paying off and getting through the graft of work/studying.
90% of the in depth thoughts/ memories of the ex have near enough stopped, I still get general thoughts from time to time and catch my self thinking about her but snap myself back to reality as soon as I do.
I've got a plate that we both know where we stand and meet up whenever we feel like and communication is minimum, which is ideal with what I have going on at the moment.
Things do get better, you have to get through the rough to get to the smooth. The question I have now is there anyway to rid of these residual thoughts/ memories, or is it something that will either
A) Fade with time and eventually be gone
B) Remain there as I spent a lot of time with that individual and they had a significant role in my life, but they will subside into a memory where I will laugh or be indifferent to
