It is difficult for me to remain balanced sexually with the availability of porn, my girlfriends friends, girls at bars etc. Once I get one I eventually want to sleep with more. For me its better to take frequent breaks.

In some cases men can handle the additional work for sex and some get exhaustet later and have a break down.

So it depends some guys should not put that much energy there because the ROI is low.
