"The Kiss of Death Mistake"

You replay the conversation at 2 a.m. She texted back fast yesterday. Today, nothing. Was that smile friendly or flirty? What did the shoulder touch mean?

Every hour you spend decoding her signals drains your confidence and hands her the controls. Women can sense that insecurity from across the room — and it repels them.

One of the "22 Rules" kills the obsession on the spot: assume she likes you, and act accordingly. Sounds too simple. Works anyway.

Her interest tends to rise to meet your expectations. Psychologists call it a self-fulfilling prophecy.

Ohh man, but my Cape of Ultimate Blinding Shiness totally kicks Charisma, giving me a +12 in Blinding Sexiness. How's that for Level 65, muhaha!

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

The context of that quote was that I had posted this paragraph earlier in the thread:

Even the dumbest things in the "Anything Else" section like what kind of toilet paper everyone uses are far more interesting to me than "field reports", a process by which quasi-normal interactions with women are artificially inflated in importance in a way very much similar to the laughable seriousness with which a Dungeons and Dragons fanatic spends 7 hours of his precious life drawing a detailed relief map of his half-elf's secret underground homeland.
My opinion on that matter hasn't changed much, either.

HaHaHa finally you speak out young one. It doesn't matter the context, I still find it hilarious. Like "rofl" funny. I tried to fit the paragraph you just showed me in my sig but it won't fit :(

"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

About the AD post: Pook's "Kill That Desperation"

Hey mods, it's time to put everything from the "old school" members on The Archive, otherwise we will get some things deleted by time. It happened already to some Wildthang's posts.

Woa the orignal DJ Bible still exists? I remember when it wasn't even a separate link, it was just Neophyte's idea and a thread :)
haha, yeah I remember that also. Neo was a good poster actually, from what I remember.

I also remember some dude who always used to complain that some guy stole his girlfriend? What was his name? Anyone remember? He posted a pic one time and he was like a big bald white guy? haha, that dude used to crack me up with his negativity!

Other great posters I remember and some still talk to today, Prosemont (the man never posts anymore, but he sure knew his stuff), xxblitz or something like that, a very insightful and straight to the point guy. Im sure there are a few more who gave great advice, but I cant think of their names off the top of my head. God damn Ive been around this place for a while, albeit, its becoming less and less frequent! I think Im down to like 1 post a day averaged out now! And most of them are on sport, lol. Back in the day, this place was like a fountain of knowledge I thought I would never find! God damn did it help my life!

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

In hell. I'm Satan's lover.
The first time I joined this back in 04 I was such a skinny kid, suffering from oneitis too. I read the whole bible from bulking to beliefs then I disappeared for 2 years. Like a butterfly from a cocoon... metamorphosis, transformation and success. I owed so much to the site I decided it was time to give something back. :)

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.
