Is there a more beautiful exercise than the pullup? This thread is nothing more than a tribute to the simple chin.

They certainly are good, thou for some reason i dont incldue them in my workout very often.
Have oyu tried doing pullups with your hands close together and your palms faceing you.

I do pullups on everything. On the bar in my closet, on holds at the rock wall, on rafters at Safeco Field, hanging from railings..

Do you have a bar at home? There's a technique called "greasing the groove" that can help a lot. Let's say you can do five max. Every time you walk by the bar in your house, do two or three easy. Since you never get tired, you can do as many as a hundred a day like this. Some people have doubled their max in a week or two doing this. I went from not being able to do any one-legged squats to two or three with each leg by greasing the groove.mrRuckus said:
