Is there a more beautiful exercise than the pullup? This thread is nothing more than a tribute to the simple chin.
She says the movie looks dumb; you suddenly agree. She tests you with a little attitude; you apologize for nothing.
You think you're being easy to get along with. She reads something else entirely: a man with no edges. Nothing to hold on to. No friction, no tension, no reason to wonder what he really thinks.
The "22 Rules" taught me to push back — playfully, calmly, without needing her approval. Strange things happened after that.
Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.
Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?
You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.
Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.
She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.
You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.
She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.
The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

how do we know that you didnt stop being a god like figure at some point in the last 5 years?
Do you have a bar at home? There's a technique called "greasing the groove" that can help a lot. Let's say you can do five max. Every time you walk by the bar in your house, do two or three easy. Since you never get tired, you can do as many as a hundred a day like this. Some people have doubled their max in a week or two doing this. I went from not being able to do any one-legged squats to two or three with each leg by greasing the groove.mrRuckus said:I can't manage to actually get much better at them. Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.
She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.
Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.
So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.
The words come later. The impression comes first.
Yes. The Squat. The Deadlift. A chick with a banging ass and sexy legs doing straight legged deadlifts. IMO anyways.doctoroxygen said:Is there a more beautiful exercise than the pullup? This thread is nothing more than a tribute to the simple chin.
Other way around.MrS said:For the record, pullups are with the palm facing away, chinups are with the palms facing you.
Hey fool you're hella stupid. He was right. CHINUPS PALMS IN. Pullups palms out.[S]alvatore said:Other way around.
I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.
The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.
Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.
