I think not replying and deleting her number is the best advice here so far.
If you must replay, think along these lines (and not with the idea of teasing or being witty to game her; she's a low quality entitled pain in the azz):
"Yawn"
"Unsubscribe"
"Lol..bye"
"Marriage? WTF??"
"Enjoy your cats"
