Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

I'm not entirely sure. I mean, look at some gay guys. Some had 'camp' voices and behavior all their lives since they were very little. Surely those sorts of tendencies (i.e. voice, composure and certain aspects of behavior) are genetic AT LEAST to some extent.

and what do you think about gay animals in the wild?

Wow! was there any study into how it is possible for the mothers body to "remember." Or could it be more to do with the subsequent males growing up very closely with their brothers.Deep Dish said:One or two years ago there was a segment of CBS' 60 Minutes II which delved into research conducted by one prominent researcher. When I get the chance, I will try to dig around and find out more information about the 60 Minutes II segment, so as not to be speaking out of my ass, but, to wit, there is scientific evidence to the following:
When a mother has a male child, she starts off with a two percent chance of the son being gay. Then, with every subsequent male child, the chances increase by one-third. Most paradoxically, there is no corresponding increase with lesbian daughters. Somehow, is the suggestion, a mother's body remembers how many sons she has given birth and this plays a factor in sexual orientation.
