I scanned through a couple of his videos. He seems to have issues. He talks about depression and about getting kicked out of stores for dancing around. He has several videos with the subject that white rice causes depression.

I could feel the awkward just by watching this video. I'm not surprised he didn't get maced, he wasn't being aggressive enough for that.

Here is a breakdown of subcommunication:
Saying "I like you" is a bad opener, he has no basis to judge that. He's seen her walking for a couple of seconds, so it's plain obvious to any women that he's desperate and say it to get something from them. It's certainly not like saying "I like you" because he knows her and values her personality.
It's even worse to say "I'm attracted to you" because that attraction is purely superficial, it's all he can know after watching a woman walk for a few seconds. It's shows he has poor standards, is naive and seemingly a pretty face and body is enough. What about the person inside the body? Obviously not that important to him.
Asking "do you like me?" reveals his lack of confidence, inability to read cues and of course his desperation. Just like when saying "I like you" he has no basis to say that, neither do women he just met. They can't answer the question because they can't know based on a few seconds of interaction. This guy seems to think attraction is just about looks and completely neglects personality, something that takes a long time to judge.

He doesn't know how to continue a conversation in the rare cases he gets them talking. When he does get them talking he also becomes surprised women talk to him and tell them that. Basically telling women he's not good with women and countless other women don't want him. It's like trying to sell a product saying "wow you want to buy this, nobody else did", I know I would change my mind if I heard that.

I am trying to figure out his mental illness... Seen all kinds of mental illness and this guy is mentally ill. Definitely has some manic depressive in there (with his discussions about depression, and his behavior on this video seems to be manic and erratic). Definite manic phase here because I can see it in his wide "crazy" eyes, his hyperactivity, flight of ideas, excessive talkativeness, and overdone facial expressions . But he has to be comorbid with some other things... Not quite sure.
