You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.
She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.
Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.
Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.
She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.
You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.
She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.
The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.
bah, maybe, it looks actually much better in the mirror than on pictureI'd say 70 percent of 18 year olds have this body. You need mass and low body fat if you wanna turn heads.
Ok bigdave.bah, maybe, it looks actually much better in the mirror than on picture
why not just show your muscly bodyYou're obviously ugly then, the boy body is the only thing allowing you awful dates with the whales, freaks, and weirdos you post about here on a weekly basis.
Ok bigdave.
When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.
Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.
Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.
The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.
Not to say you couldn't get a 9 with that body, but if you are looking to max out on your physique then u better get lifting those heavy weightsbah, maybe, it looks actually much better in the mirror than on picture
Because I get more play than you, and it's nothing to do with my body.why not just show your muscly body
i think i am somehow limited due to the fact i train at home, when i trained at gym i had more weight and more I weighted more.Because I get more play than you, and it's nothing to do with my body.
You have what I would call a poverty build. Very slim, little body fat, malnourished. Lay off the bread and water.
You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.
And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.
Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.
The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.
Squat, deadlift, bent rows, military presses, curls, calf raises, shrugs too. There's alot more muscle on the human body that the core movers used during the bench press. You need to start bench pressing... nothing less then 160 pounds for good size
I know, I just didn't feel like saying all that. Plus u gotta crawl before you walkSquat, deadlift, bent rows, military presses, curls, calf raises, shrugs too. There's alot more muscle on the human body that the core movers used during the bench press.

Back when I was young I did American bench press Mondays like most other people who workout.I know, I just didn't feel like saying all that. Plus u gotta crawl before you walk
You're right about the lack of muscle mass, but the body fat estimate is unfair. You have no muscle mass and I would guess somewhere in the ballpark of 18+% body fat (skinny doesn't mean low body fat %).
For you, as you are right now, losing more body fat would only lead to this:

If you want to look good, you need to eat a significant amount of food and workout to build muscle mass.
bahaha whats wrong with you loland to the op, please go look for help, or you are having some anorexy problem or you will hurt yourself, because your pic don't look good or hot, looks like a skinny boy who only eat garbage food and can't stand for himself
Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.
You've been "getting ready" for two years.
She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.
Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.
