Not to say you couldn't get a 9 with that body, but if you are looking to max out on your physique then u better get lifting those heavy weights

You have what I would call a poverty build. Very slim, little body fat, malnourished. Lay off the bread and water.

i think i am somehow limited due to the fact i train at home, when i trained at gym i had more weight and more I weighted more.


at home i can do a lot of repeats over 40 no matter what exercise it is with my body weight, whire it should be max 12

You need to start bench pressing... nothing less then 160 pounds for good size

Squat, deadlift, bent rows, military presses, curls, calf raises, shrugs too. There's alot more muscle on the human body that the core movers used during the bench press.

I believe that a little bit of muscle tone even at the same current body fat would make a lot of difference.

3 months of noob gains while on a correct diet could get you 1 or 2 points in terms of look.

The current frame and the ratio between shoulders and waist is not bad either.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Back when I was young I did American bench press Mondays like most other people who workout.

Back then the bench was my staple excercise. If I hurt a shoulder or arm I felt it was no need to workout since I couldn't bench, lol.

As a older man there is no more bench Mondays. I realize even with a hurt shoulder, there's a ton of other muscles I can work.

You have no muscle mass and I would guess somewhere in the ballpark of 18+% body fat (skinny doesn't mean low body fat %).

For you, as you are right now, losing more body fat would only lead to this:

If you want to look good, you need to eat a significant amount of food and workout to build muscle mass.
You're right about the lack of muscle mass, but the body fat estimate is unfair.

the right thing to do is get someone who you can trust to tell you what you should do, if you want more mass to look toned you need to eat something to help that, only lifting will not help like @mrgoodstuff said you have several muscles to work on, and please never skip legs day..., having a good strong leg helps a lot on your general looks as with support for your whole body, on that remember you need to eat to supply your body, not easting like the op is doing is saying lately will hurt you a lot in the long run unless you are really over weight, but even so you need to eat if not you will start to feel weak and you can hurt yourself

and to the op, please go look for help, or you are having some anorexy problem or you will hurt yourself, because your pic don't look good or hot, looks like a skinny boy who only eat garbage food and can't stand for himself
