You have what I would call a poverty build. Very slim, little body fat, malnourished. Lay off the bread and water.
Squat, deadlift, bent rows, military presses, curls, calf raises, shrugs too. There's alot more muscle on the human body that the core movers used during the bench press.You need to start bench pressing... nothing less then 160 pounds for good size

You're right about the lack of muscle mass, but the body fat estimate is unfair.You have no muscle mass and I would guess somewhere in the ballpark of 18+% body fat (skinny doesn't mean low body fat %).
For you, as you are right now, losing more body fat would only lead to this:

If you want to look good, you need to eat a significant amount of food and workout to build muscle mass.
