I was looking into Bear Grylls’ training recently, and honestly, I like the way he approaches fitness. It’s not just about lifting heavy and looking good in a mirror. There’s a lot of strength, endurance, climbing, running, carrying, and overall conditioning involved.
That kind of training makes sense to me. You want your body to actually be useful when you need it, not just look like it knows what a dumbbell is.
It got me thinking, though. If you had to train like Bear Grylls for a month, what do you think would give you the most trouble?
I’d probably be fine with the workouts. It’s the part where he decides breakfast should be something he found under a rock that I'd have a problem with.
