Is it ever a good idea to ask for a second chance after spmeone leaves you?

Day 19 Felt horrible the first week, not as horrible the second, even less horrible this week as the pain just seems to keep diminishing each day. I'm getting more sleep and I'm eating better. I miss her. She was a person I would always want to talk to about anything, problems or otherwise...
