You replay the conversation at 2 a.m. She texted back fast yesterday. Today, nothing. Was that smile friendly or flirty? What did the shoulder touch mean?
Every hour you spend decoding her signals drains your confidence and hands her the controls. Women can sense that insecurity from across the room — and it repels them.
One of the "22 Rules" kills the obsession on the spot: assume she likes you, and act accordingly. Sounds too simple. Works anyway.
Her interest tends to rise to meet your expectations. Psychologists call it a self-fulfilling prophecy.
She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.
You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.
She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.
The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.
Very nice progress so far. Thanks for the udpate. My 2 weeks progress.. No shedding so far.. Everything looks great.
Feels like youve been vaccines 2500 times excludingHow does this compare to say a root canal in pain level? What hurts about it? Looks like it would be easy to me.
She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.
Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.
The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.
Hey bro, its been 70 days since the hair transplant, at this time i was able to grow my entire hair cos of the new hair at frontal just starting to grow. But no significant growth, but just enough to shape the frontal hairlines..@Focal core give us another update
Def good results. Happy for you man and what matters is that you feel good about yourself. I hear months 5-6 is where the real growth/thickening happens. But for being at 70 days it looks very solid!Hey bro, its been 70 days since the hair transplant, at this time i was able to grow my entire hair cos of the new hair at frontal just starting to grow. Been on finestiride topical, minoxidil orally and folicle growth vitamins that been prescribe since the procedure.

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.
She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.
Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.
Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.
Yeah definately.. My boss she starting to compliment on my new looks, she shot asking me if its a hair transplant, i said yes and to keep it under. As working from home atm no other feedback from fellow colleagues.Even with that amount of hair growth, do you feel different or notice anyone around you looking at you differently?
Thank you @PowerQuest , sure will post out at 5 month.. Full result should be between 12 to 18 month for most cases.Amazing what can be done terms of the medical area/technology these days in.
Kudos for doing it @Focal core
It would be really cool to see the end result in a few months from now (If you would like to share it of course).
Could you sent pic of your result @Xenom0rphI salute you sir. It takes guts to undergo a hair transplant.
I had a FUT back in 2012 and I remember I was terrified the night before.
I distinctly remember kneeling over the motel bed reciting all the Catholic prayers that had been drilled into my head. I BEGGED the Lord to guide my surgeon's hand so he wouldn't fvck up my hairline and damage my donor hairs.
On the day of the surgery I grit my teeth and took that leap of faith.... and it was well worth it...
You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.
Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.
Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.
Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.
I must respectfully decline.Could you sent pic of your result @Xenom0rph
I forgot if you've already explained this before so my apologies if you have. But why 3? Did the first two not take or work long term? Just curious... Thanksiv had 3 transplants and it did my confidence a world of good which in turn impacted postively on my dating life...its a win win.
No apologies needed sir. I had 3,they all were fine, but I was quite bald! Only so many grafts will take in one session,so I just had it thickened up a bit more thats all.Over 6 years. But very happyI forgot if you've already explained this before so my apologies if you have. But why 3? Did the first two not take or work long term? Just curious... Thanks
Holy cow! 3 needed to get some good hair going? Man, you were REALLY bald. LOLNo apologies needed sir. I had 3,they all were fine, but I was quite bald! Only so many grafts will take in one session,so I just had it thickened up a bit more thats all.Over 6 years. But very happy
Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.
Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?
You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.
Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.
