"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

Human breeding behaviors has evolved over thousand of years and might actually not be the best one for our current western society.
Things have changed drastically in the last 100 year might also explain why birthrate is so low. Biggest factor imo is birthcontrol
women have more time on their hands because they can now control birth. Women dont have time for hypergamy when they have a baby in their arms

Its a bit ironic when you see guys like Rollo (the biggest advocate for red pill thinking) being married.

Imo man can be both breeder and provider but in today's society its damm hard to always be on top of it.
And that prob why women are leaning more and more towards their hypergamous imperative.

funny thing i read on wikipedia about animal testicular size and monogamy

The relative sizes of male testes often reflect mating systems.[41][42][43][44] In species with promiscuous mating systems, where many males mate with many females, the testes tend to be relatively large. This appears to be the result of sperm competition. Males with large testes produce more sperm and thereby gain an advantage impregnating females. In polygynous species, where one male controls sexual access to females, the testes tend to be small. One male defends exclusive sexual access to a group of females and thereby eliminates sperm competition.

Studies of primates, including humans, support the relationship between testis size and mating system.[43][44][45] Chimpanzees, which have a promiscuous mating system, have large testes compared to other primates. Gorillas, which have a polygynous mating system, have smaller testes than other primates. Humans, which have a socially monogamous mating system, accompanied by moderate amounts of sexual non-monogamy (see incidence of monogamy), have moderately sized testes. The moderate amounts of sexual non-monogamy in humans may result in a low to moderate amount of sperm competition. Also, notably, in the case of an avowedly sexually monogamous society, the occurrence of sexual nonmonogamy is typically culturally stigmatized, and therefore detecting its prevalence is inherently difficult, if indeed it is at all possible. At best, such statistics can be viewed as general approximations with a wide margin of error.
That’s really interesting.

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

I've had provider role admitted to me many times. It's a very conscious thing if you're in a position to choose, no different than men who sex-zone obvious BPD women
Best way to not be a provider is to not provide, actually i do think providers are less needed now than before.

Yeah I don’t doubt some women choose that. I mean gold diggers and mail order brides marrying old geezers are prime examples. If they have kids with them it’s to lock in the resources not because he’s young, healthy and fit with strong genetics. An old man does have the warrior vibe lol.
So in those cases it’s not about genetics, more so it’s about ensuring resources.

Then you have girls getting knocked up by strong young healthy thugs (warrior vibe?) who abandon them. Lol.

Go figure.

Hey AJ just wanted to say that i like the way you engage no bickering or personal attack.
This is productive.
It is true that we(men) are mostly bias to the male way of thinking.

Back to the subject
What i see is that often a breeder becomes a provider.

What you see often is men or women getting fatter when they are in a relationship because they dont need to impress anyone anymore.
This can also be men losing their drive to be the best they can be, in many aspect of life.

An other sad fact is men in relationship have way lower level of T than single men, that might also an effect on Breeder becoming provider.

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

Women may not actively or knowingly seek this however they definitely respond to it.

Think more of when women are young and single, what men get those most attention from women?

Is it the athletic guy? Or the studious guy?

Is it the c0cky man with many friends and social status? Or the reserved guy with fewer friends?

Is it the edgy guy who rarely doles out attention to women? Or the stable reliable guy who is always there for the woman?
The atheltic guy with the calm cool demeanour for sure hahaha.

But flip the genders and same question:

Who gets more attention from young men? The studious girl on the dean’s list or the fit sorority girl giving the football team a round of head during frosh week?

I would say young men actively seek and respond to this lol, understandably.

And let me tell you when I was in uni me and my girlfriends would sometimes spend our lunch breaks watching the hockey team work out on the track. Just cause ;).

Actively Seeking Eye Candy :).

The girl who is actively promoting herself - she gets the most male attention (provided she's has all the right curves).

They always tell me "I told my family about you" as if it means they're serious about me. Well, in a sense, they are but at the same time is the underlying self serving ego boost of showing off a catch the way we would show off a 9/10.
More biologically induced then you might think.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

The interesting part about this is that biology has no clue about that. The woman will still be in that biological state wheather she’s poor or an executive.
The word “provider” is a misnomer. Ever hear a woman say, I don’t need a man but I want one?
It’s teally stupid. Biologically, she has no other imperative that has greater force upon her.
A woman, unless really unfortunate or has been so damaged that she has no legitimate interest in the other sex, she has a man or men in her crib.
Don’t listen to supposed feminine “rational” thoughts.

Thanks for explaining, I have more questions, my apologies, and no rush to answer.

So is the goal for men to be the breeders? If supporter/ resource provider is not ideal (certainly doesn’t seem to be based on the views of this forum) what should men do once they have impregnated the woman? Leave before they get demoted to supportive provider? Spread their seed to more women without sticking around?

I guess what I’m asking is what is the masculine imperiative in relation to the feminine imperative you described? Do they even compliment each other long term?
Actually there are a huge amount of men who want one woman who will give them children. The dream. Idealistic.
Even the majority of men in here are secretly and even openly looking for that woman.

This is a dream that young men grow up with. An idealistic fixation. A drive. They meet a woman who makes them feel incredible and then they go all in. Doing anything to keep her happy. The whole time not realizing that doing anything to keep a woman happy is a death wish.

There are some who never really see the value in that type of thinking. Maybe they come to an understand omg the hard way.

So when a man starts to feel his golden girl start to distance, he becomes desperate. She is dropping hints but he doesn’t hear them. Then she gets rougher and resentful. The BPD surfaces. Or whatever guys call crazy. They aren’t hearing past that idealistic veil.

Biologically, we are here to sire children. As many as possible if you want to look at it that way.

Social structure has really done a number on men. They were sold the bill of goods on marriage as it exists today. From birth on. Instead of hunting and killing mastodons or creating effective hunting weapons or dwellings for the tribe they are lost in a sea of uncertainty on who and what they are.

Obviously marriage as it exists today is untenable. So what now? Become the best “hunter/warrior” you can be. That’s all he really has control of. What he can produce. Prenuptial and secured assets are his only viable option. Never ever let the woman be in charge of the birth control while in the western world.

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

For the vast majority of men and even the so called successful players.

You cannot win playing the "game" as is being taught here. It's exhausting and no man has that capacity to keep up.

The game that's spoken off here is actually in essence playing within the feminine imperative - where men are jostling for positions to get to the top.

It's supplication and women are choosing the best of the grovelling moves that's mistaken as masculine - women's heady ideas of what masculinity is.

I figured this out by just thinking about it. Men are still in the imperative and using techniques and manipulations to obtain that one woman or at least thinking they will eventually find her.

That’s a really sh!tty bill of goods they have been sold. Operating with the imperative (men’s supplication to women) to find that idealistic woman, is a hurt waiting to happen.

By relying on PUA, they are tender morsels inside a shell. Women know how to get in that shell.
Changing the inside and learning to enjoy and love women first, is really the only long term decision that brings about his optimum survival.

Let her think what she wants. Lol.
She's confused that Spaz continues to get invites from women and don't play the "game" as being espoused in SS (that has some gals here giddy eyed).

Here's something for @sazc to think about...

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.
