And i notice them replying to other guys greetings and being all smiles and such so i guess the problem is really me.

I try to be civil and polite as i can, i respect their boundaries and don't even approach. Can it be that my looks turn these women off so bad that the best they can offer is cold stares, silence and indifference.

I avoid them as much as i can now, as well as most women, i got tired of this rigged game, unfortunately @work you need to courteous and polite as you share 40 hours per week with these women.
 

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

you misreaded my post, i've never said i'm picking women @ work. what i said is that they don't reply to my acts of politeness like greeting "morning, good night, see you tomorrow...". they act cold and dont greet back which causes a bad atmosphere.

how can i be in the creep zone if i dont act creepy around them or make any sexual advancements. the only explanation for being in the creep zone is looks.

This atmosphere is only in your mind. Stop greeting them if you are that concerned about it.

Nahh! We wasted 3 pages of trying to help you on your last thread having to do with the same topic. You seem to prefer to whine about how women treat you as opposed to getting off you a** and doing something about it.

Enlightenment is gifted to those who seek it. You won't find it on your couch.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.
