Women @ work dont reply to my greetings. What would you do?

And i notice them replying to other guys greetings and being all smiles and such so i guess the problem is really me.

I try to be civil and polite as i can, i respect their boundaries and don't even approach. Can it be that my looks turn these women off so bad that the best they can offer is cold stares, silence and indifference.

I avoid them as much as i can now, as well as most women, i got tired of this rigged game, unfortunately @work you need to courteous and polite as you share 40 hours per week with these women.

you misreaded my post, i've never said i'm picking women @ work. what i said is that they don't reply to my acts of politeness like greeting "morning, good night, see you tomorrow...". they act cold and dont greet back which causes a bad atmosphere.
