"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

Well,if you must know,I was 19 almost 20. For years,I was so depressed over the fact. I still haven't been laid in a long time to begin with. So getting over this hump has been harder than normal....what about you sir?

23 years old and to a hooker. Beat that!®

Hell I still haven't had sex with a real girl. If you don't count hookers, 40 year old something swingers at a sex club and AFF I'd still be a virgin at 27.

Agreeing with Aragon034,

Most guys when they first come to this site are not PUA but may actually be very bad with women. The reason they come here is for help, not to brag.

18th birthday, dad owned a bar and somehow inclined one of his attractive female bartenders to give me a present. It was really slick; I had no idea what was going on, all I knew was this hot chick who worked for my dad spontaneously became all into me.

To this very day the circumstances I speak of are just a theory, but they seem like the most reasonable one.

seriously, you guys are like little boys

its LOSE, not LOOSE

when you lose something, that means you lost something

when you make something LOOSE, that means you make it "less tight"

i kind of think its geeky to always misspell the word lose of all things

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

18 years old, last November, with a girl I met in my Ceramics class. She was too drunk to drive home, so she spent the night at my house, the rest is history.

Well since you're being nit-picky, it's not misspelling, it's poor grammar. But I agree with you. Lose, loose, they're, their, there, it's, its, etc.

It's not a grammatical issue, it's a spelling issue. Grammar is about sentence structure. It's just one too many O's. And yes, after seeing it for a 928th time on the internet, it gets f*cking annoying.

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.
