The fallacy in thinking "women have advantage in modern dating" is, it forgets the world has a 1-to-1 gender balance. Neither side has an advantage.

In order for women to gain an advantage, they must be a sudden influx of men to give women more choices.

For example, if you (a male) are placed in a closed social environment where women outnumber men 5-to-1, then yes, you'll suddenly gain an advantage.

But the world has maintained a 1-to-1 gender balance since Adam and Eve. It's a total mathematical fallacy to think women suddenly have this huge advantage in recent decades. Bro, this is an undeniable mathematical FACT.

This fact means, there's literally someone for everyone. The only question is, how low will you go to find someone? If you want a quality person, then you cannot blame women for doing the same.

What it boils down to is, everybody "can" get someone but won't settle for just anyone.

In recent years, the dating game has changed because of two things:

- Because women are more financially independent, they view marriage as more of a "want" than a "need". So they have less desire to settle.

- Online dating and excessive male simps gives women a false sense of choice so they think they needn't settle. Like I said, it's false because if it's 1-to-1 gender ratio, there is no increased choice. Those simps are simping on countless others, not just her.

If you go onto dating forums on Reddit, it's 80% women. Women are complaining as loudly as men when it comes to dating, maybe even more. There are also countless articles how dating parties only have women showing up.

This talk of "women have the advantage" is just your lame excuse why you suck with women. Instead, why not focus on bettering yourself? Many guys have really crappy social skills and attitute then complain "iT's unFaIr, wOmeN haVe tHe adVAnTaGe'.

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

women do have an advantage in dating because the men have to do the first steps in the courtship process, and if she is at least decent she will have at least a couple of guys simultaneously making their move

now a guy making a move or thinking he makes a move, does not necessarily means that his move is good or has a chance

Same as the casino has an advantage because you always have to do the first move

most likely you refer to women on Reddit or blind dates that are either not decent women or just old and lost their appeal

the art of seduction from a male perspective is knowing how to make a good move and from there on not to trip yourself

the imbalance that we see in the dating market mainly stems from the fact that guys became quite autistic and women have an inflated ego ( like a 5 thinking she is an 8 ), which in returns frustrates women because they expect high value / high smv women to chase them ( which they don’t ) and guys mentally masturbating

No, online dating is not 1:1 and it happens to be the most common method used to meet somone.

Google AI says:
  • Tinder: Around 75% to 78% male
  • Bumble: Around 67% to 73% male
  • Hinge: Around 64% male
Another common place to find women is in bars but even in those types of locations there are more men than women. They are never 1:1.

And plenty of women view marriage as a need...date a girl that is broke and see how hard she pushes marriage.

Add in the fact that women rarely approach and that throws off your 1:1 theory as well.

You're treating a 1-to-1 population ratio as if it automatically creates a 1-to-1 dating market, and I think you're conflating both variables. A 1-to-1 ratio tells us there are roughly equal numbers of men and women, but it doesn't tell us how attention or interest is distributed. A woman can have dozens of men pursuing her while only a handful are genuinely viable options, while a man may struggle to find even a few women who are genuinely interested in him.

Just to reinforce my point, the data in the link below shows that 57% of male online daters said they weren't getting enough messages, compared with 24% of women. Meanwhile, 30% of women said they received too many messages, compared with only 6% of men.

So your argument doesn't establish that men and women have the same dating-market conditions.
