“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Stallion's Fitness Journal

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Well Quag...so far so good. I'm still working on fat loss but in terms of muscle compared to 6 months ago...I'm a LOT bigger.

Since DC I immediately grew stretch marks on under my armpits and on my thighs. I have been told that I was "jacked" by people who haven't seen me in months. One of my old friends thought I was cycling steriods much to my opposition. Jacked has a different meaning to me though, and I'm not even close to that definition.

Hmmm...you'll just have to wait til saturday when I try to win a trophy at this 'really amatuer' strongman competition :)

Squats 1x6 - 285 lbs PR ---felt good. could have probably done about 300lbs...but I did 265lbs last time. I'm going deeper than I've ever gone on these
Squats 1x20 - 190 lbs - did I mention I hated 20 rep squats??

ES for 1 minute for quads - extremely painful

Preacher curls 20rp - 14+20+3= 23reps w/45lbs (not including bar weight) PR

Hammer Curls 1x15 - 25lbs --alright I feel like I'm ready for 30s next time.

ES for 1 minute for bicepts - worst stretch ever. I hate it

Pullthrough 3x10 - 130 lbs - PR

ES for 1 minute for hams - I really hate this stretch

Seated Calve raise - 1x12 12s negs - 87.5 lbs PR horiiible

No worries EFFORT, I didn't do the competition. I got there and my brother pulled something doing bench and wanted to go home. He's okay now. Really sucks but I'm way more concerned about my brother and I'm not going to make him lift or make him sit all day watching me lift lol. There will be another one a couple months from now so bah..until then :)

I'll max someday. Lately I've been finding DC a lot more fun. Never really used high reps too much before.

EFFORT...yeah been following everything. Including cardio. It's been great in the gym lately. Hopefully today is good.

I'd go higher rep on the second set of the leg press. like 30-35 or so.
calves are not a three second positive and a 12 second negative, I've told you this before!

the rest looks fairly good though.

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

I remember the calf work you gave me. It hurt :). I actually have pretty decent calves though, you know the whole genetic thing with them. I don't think I ever told you about my brothers though, f****** insane.

Keep up the good work Stallion!

Why would I make the reps so high on the leg press Alex?

As for the calves, looking over my workout I think there was a mistake accidentally written in for the calves although Alex, you have not told me about the calves good sir :) just the back stretch.

EFFORT and Warboss both wrong...oh the irony :D

Thanks Quag and Alex. I'm working hard over here.
