ES for quads tearful
Preacher Curls DB 20rp - R-arm - 14+5+4= 26 reps w/35lbs PR
L- arm - 11+6+3= 21 reps w/35lbs - no improvement here
Reverse preacher curls EZ-bar 1x15 - 30 lbs PR
hard..but 35 will be doable next time
ES for biceps...ripping and tearing
Hyperextensions - 3x10
ES for hams
Calves leg press - 1x12 (12 second POSTIVE, 3 negative) - 270 lbs PR - now that I'm doing this the right way now...it's much harder
Decline Abs 20rp - 11+8+5= 24 reps w/100 lbs PR
**Monday I was in the hospital with my sis who had sugery...she had something called AVM and I couldn't workout. Diet has been...welll...I've been getting plenty of food but I haven't been doing so well this week with cardio. It's been a bad week so I'm just trying to get through it. Been messing up everywhere. Just completely off the norm. I'll do a lot better starting tomorrow. At least my lifts are going up. I can say that much.
