what are good excersice to train up the chest (breats), and thigh muscles? i think these are the two areas i need to work on the most

Stretching is good for warming up your muscle in preparation for working it out. If you want to find the proper way to do lunges, you need to go to a gym and watch how a trainer or someone else does it - if you get advice on doing it from words on a screen odds are very good you'll screw it up (not intentionally, but it's like trying to learn how to smile by reading an explanation).Originally posted by Lost In the Seas
