Hey guys I‘ll keep it short maybe you can help me. Im working in a good position as a coach and there is one trainee working in the office. We had a couple of good talks and i catched her checking herself in the mirror many times after I talked with her. Also she said I look like the ex of her sis. Once she texted me smth like get my sister and I texted I prefer you, she just acted like it would suprise her. Today she showed me 100s of pics of her older sis and I just mhm everytime. I said show me your pics but she didnt want to. I always ask her to make me a tea or smth and she always does it and the other guys say she wouldnt even stand up for me.
I always see her one time a week.
So i dont really know. What would you guys advice me to do? I need to play with her somehow but idk how.

Enforce some boundaries before you get into a scandal and ruin your reputation in the organization. Put you sexual energy into bars, clubs, tinder, etc

Had you actually asked for her digits to get together? It's pretty obvious that she doesn't care for you, so you made yourself be a weenie by saying that.

Is her sister fat? A harridan? A bagger? If she passes the "she looks like she might be decent" test, then tell her to pass on your phone number to her sis, and let her sis contact you.

Agreed, but really, this girl isn't even playing games. She seems pretty upfront about not being interested in him, she just thinks maybe her sister might like him. If the OP doesn't find the sister appealing, I would just move on. I wouldn't necessarily go no contact, but I would turn the interactions way, way down.

Many women don't like the idea of getting intimate with their coworkers or coworkers they just met.
