DAMN STRAIGHT!!!!Pierce said:I would say this but even if she said she would I wouldn't buy her no damn drink
Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.
Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?
You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.
Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

Attraction runs on a clock.
She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.
The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."
One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.
Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.
I'm gonna try that the next time I go out clubbing.Solomon said:CHICK: WILL YOU BUY ME A DRINK?
SOLO: I only buy girls drink who are special
CHICK: I'm special
SOLO: Your not Special to me
The way her face dropped was priceless
You can skip the expensive cars, the fancy clothes, and the endless gym selfies. Completely unnecessary.
I used to freeze the second a beautiful woman looked my way. Frustrated. Awkward. Watching other guys walk away with the girl while I stood there tongue-tied.
Then I discovered 22 simple rules that rewired my entire dating life. The anxiety vanished. Conversations flowed effortlessly. Women started chasing me for a change.
These rules trigger a woman's subconscious attraction switches. And you can start using them tonight.
I'm going to file that away for later use.old_skoolr said:sure do u want a straw for your water?
It makes her wonder why you aren't like most guys that buy her a drink and by denying her request of "Care to buy me a drink" you are different, arousing her curiosity. She can make a canned opener/stealing drinks without intention of doing anything with you then you can make a lame joke. If she isn't gonna make an effort to con drinks out of you why should you make any effort back?San Jose California said:Eh the water one sucks ass because you don't buy a water it's free. That is why I love the water comment. Its free, shows humor and does work from what I found out yesterday. Anyone that tries to water reply remember that you have to smirk or smile depending on the type of chick and show you are meaning humor by it but also in testing it out it worked out and allowed me to number close on four people.old_skoolr said:Y in Gods green earth would you spend money on a girl who randomly asks you to buy her a drink???
She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.
Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.
The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.
Go for it man. Play up the humor of it.d!ckmojo said:Haha, that water method is gold.
I would speculate tho that it would work better if you actually paid the piddly $5 or woteva for the bottle of water, and gave it to her.
But I mean its so great I imagine she'd be like "wtf, water? Naw I wanted vodka", and you'd be like "sif! I know what girls like u are like when they get drunk~ all they think about is sex sex sex... I'm not gonna let u use me for my hot body" etc.
Hahaha I wanna try it out next time now ^^
You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.
For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.
Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.
The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.
Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.
Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.
Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.
