Almost DJ in my opinion and in my friends' eyes. (You know you're improving when your buddies tell you that you treat girls like sh*t, that your style never works, watching them shower girls with gifts and compliments, and laughing when they fall flat on their face)

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Whoa, more than half of the people (53%) who contributed to this poll declared themselves a "Recovering AFC"!
What does that say about the people who frequent this site? I don't know, but it sends a very clear message:

Wow, there is nothing even remotely DJ about that? Treating girls like sh*t, then laughing at your friends? At what point are you getting the ladies? And why don't you help your friends out.
The difference between you, a jackass, and me, a DJ, is that I don't treat girls like sh*t. I don't take sh*t off them though. And I get any girl I want, but I also help my friends get any girl they want. Use your knowledge for good, not evil. And if you are a true DJ, alot of guys are going to hate you, so play nice with your friends.

I am a Don Juan, I guess...... but then again i could also be considered a recovering AFC...since this is where i started.
This poll is flawed, in that everyone's idea of what each of these catagories stands for will be quite different.
I am a Don Juan, because I finally have control of my life... my career.. I don't take sh!t from no one. I am the leader of my circle of friends (if you can put it that way) and I have only been rejected by one girl over the past 2 yrs.... I've dated about 6 and slept with over 20. All of them were HB9's. Now i finally weeded through all these ladies and I've ound the one who i think I'm gonna marry, eventually. She's perfect in every way.
I think i deserve the title of Don Juan... as do many other guys on here, for what we've accomplished.

This poll is flawed indeed.
Being a Don Juan doesn't exist.
It's a never-ending evolution of ideas, attitudes and a never ending attempt at testing. You get better and better at everything as you live your life improving yourself. However, you will never become a complete Don Juan.
It's kind of like saying "I am a perfect football player". You will never hear those that are truly great saying that, because they know it will never happen.
However, there is that goal in each of our minds, that we strive to accomplish. Unattainable as it is, it is a great goal to pursue.
Keep on improving yourself, learn enjoying the path of self-improvement and you will realise that you will always be "Almost DJ".

Absolutely.
I was going to add that bit to my post, but it slipped my mind as i was typing.
There is no roof on this. Plateaus, maybe but there is never a capped limit where there is no more room for improvement.
I guess we are all recovering AFC's and will always be that way, from this perspective.
