“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

This journal is ace. Most people starting up a journal fill them with fluff about their lives, their goals and crap. You just say "my lifting journal" and get right into action.

Would be kinda good if you posted routine and diet so people can get a fair understanding of how you have planned to lift.

How is posting your goals considered crap?

He may be trying to bulk on 2000cals a day doing hours of cardio and trying to increase strength by doing lots of isolation exercises.

If we don't know his goals then the people on here cant help him that much

Just thought it was a breath of fresh air thats all to go straight into the action, wanted to give him a slap in the back for getting to the gym. :) Goals are important, so is routine and diet. In the beginning you need to get consistency for going to gym and form on exercises down anyways. So plenty of time to learn about goals and routines.
