She just not comfortable enough with you, even though its entirely possible she had a bad experience at one point, she'd be willing to give you a chance if she really thought something like in the past couldn't happen with you.

I had this chick who had a bad experience with her previous guy, he forced her head down to give him head, so she broke it off and swore off giving head. I knew i had some work to do so i took it slow, eased down on the pressure and got her worked up then went down on her to show her that i can be gentle with her, its got the bad taste of the previous guy out of her mouth and a week or two later she gave me head.

Its all about comfort, ease her into it, and don't pressure her too much or she'll close up because you'll only reinforce her decision.

Seriously, get over it. 69 is over-rated anyways. It probably turns her off that you're preoccupied with it. Like it's some sort of sick fetish or something.

Concentrate on finding out what she likes and what's enjoyable before she loses interest.

that or perhaps she can't multitask and do two things at once.
i know it is hard for you to believe, but some folks can not give pleasure to someone while they are receiving it at the same time.
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.
