As some of you know ive changed my work out routine.
Ive added Dead Lifts And Squats Into It.
Anyways yesterday was the first day of me doing a dead lift.
Today my WHOLE BACK SIDE IS SORE...haha...
is that good. I like the feel of soreness but im just wondering if i did my deadlift right.
I know my lower back is sore but so is my butt, behind my thighs, and my upper back and shoulders.
What r ur guyz's thoughts, is this normal?
