*** My Dead Lift ***

As some of you know ive changed my work out routine.

Ive added Dead Lifts And Squats Into It.

Anyways yesterday was the first day of me doing a dead lift.

Today my WHOLE BACK SIDE IS SORE...haha...

is that good. I like the feel of soreness but im just wondering if i did my deadlift right.

I know my lower back is sore but so is my butt, behind my thighs, and my upper back and shoulders.


What r ur guyz's thoughts, is this normal?

The results will NOT disappoint...

As for the soreness, embrace it, consume protein in quantities that most folks would deem excessive, get your rest & hydration, and if you keep up with all that, future workouts should result in much less (if any) soreness.

Im new to the full body workouts but after my experience with lifts i love em

Besides Deadlifts & Squats What other workouts are good.


(Again my goal is to have lean mass, and get cut)

bench variations, military presses or db presses, good mornings, pull/chinups, skullcrushers, barbell curls, hammer curls, rows of any sort..

exrx.net has many good videos, some are a bit off (e.g. the dip video is far too low) but mostly they're sound. :)

k, my pecks are pretty big and and shaped, BUT under my tit (boob i guess)
--hope you know wat part im talking about -- is a little bit flabby.

What other workout besides incline bench is good for stiffen that part up??
