You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.
She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.
Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.
Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.
I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.
The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.
Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

could you define "sub-points" to being "sexual"? It's a bit abstract.add "sexual" to personality
That comes with personalityYou are missing social. Besides that I think it's all about your inner game, stop doing things for women, stop desiring, get your inner game in order and whatever you are after will come (money, friends, girls, whatever) and at the same time you will learn that all of these external matters are less important than you thought.
She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.
Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.
The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.
No offense but it looks like loser incel diagram tripping on races + trying to get "tough" by taking cold showersLet me know what you think
Hmmm, I spent a little time thinking about it so I hate to hear that.No offense but it looks like loser incel diagram tripping on races + trying to get "tough" by taking cold showers
Sorry, but it is not directed enough about how to get women, it seems more like a general "get tough" plan.Hmmm, I spent a little time thinking about it so I hate to hear that.
I could have added more to it also
I was using abstraction and examples. The idea behind it was not optimism or pessimism, but the facts. One thing that I did not do though was rate each trait based on effectiveness, for example, traits in the game department versus traits in the physical department.Sorry, but it is not directed enough about how to get women, it seems more like a general "get tough" plan.
There are a lot of words like "IQ", "height", "race", "genetics", "symmetry"... that it makes it look defeatist to me.
And terms like "combat discipline", "pain tolerance", "military", "vigor" etc... makes it look like it's a plan for shy teenagers trying to man up.
+ I have no faith in "no fap" or things like that.
Just my opinion![]()
Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.
Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?
You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.
Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

Sort of related to mindset, kind of -Mindset.
It is everything. MIndset is the core of all the things you listed there. Without it, most of these traits will come from a place that might be genuine or sustainable.

It is a practice in many cultures (and religions). Coincidentally, these are cultures that have been around for a long time. A very long time. And which most have the longest life expectancy and sense of fulfillment (regardless of how many possessions they own).Sort of related to mindset, kind of -
There's a convenience store not too far from my apartment that's run by a very nice older Indian couple. The lady was in there the other night when I walked in, and we got to talking about things while I was checking out.
She suggested to me to turn the TV off while eating dinner. Says that food is actually digested better when there are no visual or audible distractions around while you eat. Apparently that's a practice in Hindu.
Can you please be more specific.Mindset.

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?
She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."
She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.
I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.
Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.
