Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

How do you guys manage working, saving money at the same time have hobbies, wear nice clothes, stay healthy and meet beautiful women? I’m just having a hard time doing it. What is your routine like on weekdays and weekends, a little inspiration needed.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

You should consider making some sort of a budget.
Write down your income, subtract from that your monthly expenses and see what's left. Allocate the rest to what you need this month and try to respect your plan. Have some extra money for emergencies.
Excel is an easy tool for that.

Pay yourself first. And if you can set up a situation where your savings/investment money is automatically deducted so that you never actually see it, so much the better. Retirement accounts are good because they lower your overall taxable income, and they can grow without tax on the interest. As for the rest, it's a matter of priorities. Few people can have everything they want, so you have to decide what's most important to you.
