Yeah. Here are my findings: If i do it after 4-6 days of abstinence, it feels really, really great. But if i do it after more than 8 days, sometimes it's not THAT good. You know, it would be so much easier to do if I had a girl to help out. Oh well...that's part of the reason I'm doing this...that, and masturbating twice a day (sometimes more) was too much. Started my workout today. I had to lower the weight more then what was recomended yesterday. Then again, yesterday I only had time to ask how to work the machines and get a general idea what to do. But to to 3 sets of 10 on these...I struggle after the first one. Rode my bike a mile back home and stretched out a bit...hoepfuly I'll be good for Friday.
