But seriously, you need to take a lesson from my 'natural order of things'
1. Get outside and into the wild
2. Eat natural food
3. lift heavy objects and walk around
4. Sleep at natural times

I do all of them bar 4 . Its starting to get really serious too, i'm finding it difficult to eat a meal 4 hours before my 7:30 Muay Thai class due to sleeping in until 4. Does anyone have some research info done on adjusting sleep cycles? I'd be very greatfull.

I am totally insomniatic, to the millionth degree. Is there any solution? This is beyond normal insomniatic behaviour.

For the past few months, I have been going to sleep when the sun comes up, and waking up after it has went down!

But in the past few days, to the extreme! Extremer than what I have just said.

The worst part is that I actually have SH!T TO DO before 5pm this week. And I am pretty sure I am going to be sleeping well past six!

OK. This was a rant. I will get myself under control, hopefully sooner rather than later. Why does everything close before 5pm!!!

I am an insomniac because I work graveyard. I hate it, but it was the only way to stay at my job and not be miserable. Because I made the mistake of sarging at work. What a genius I am.

Now, I am waiting for the liquor store to open, it's 0930. I need a stiff drink.

Sleep regulation is a signifincat part of my life. I scaled back to working one job again recently so I prefer 6 hours of sleep a night. However every time i've worked 2 jobs together, my target number of hours reduces to 4. Also since i work in casinos, I've learned to manage sleep regardless of time of day or setting a schedule for sleeping. I work day, swing and grave depending on the wants of my superiors.

I'm a very valuable employee at my works because of this.
