I doubt you ever get any. So my advice wouldn't be useful.

I just watched escort pics and fapped in between calls when I worked from home. I only made on sale today. My other co-workers also made one sale except a lady who made 2 sales. I then figured, maybe I would have made an extra sale today if I didn't fap.

Was going great before that with a no-fap streak before this. Here is what I think went wrong:

I was reading this book about racism and black history and and had this craving to look at Black escorts and fap. That book created some mental tension or something. It deals with how the white Christian identity can promote racist beliefs with the way the theology is presented, etc.. . That triggered me to look at Black women and start fapping in between insurance calls at the same time? Guess that book was just too much info for the brain to handle.

Yeh this is very common.. Learning about History often leads to fapping. SMH

I think I might skip watching that documentary about the decline & collapse of the Roman Empire tonight.

When I go no-fap I get sensitive, as if anything can set it off. OP, do you ever worry about the accidental splooge in public? You could always say you spilled your coffee I suppose.

Blood pressure has tested high after a week of no-porn/no-fap. I will have my blood pressure tested again next week.

This thing may have kept for a lower blood pressure.

Never mind. Broke the no-fap last night when it looks like I woke up in bed during the night. Back to the same old self. Can not blame this on blood pressure anymore.

Blood pressure fluctuates constantly. I was recording mine for a period of time and it would change while just sitting there and taking multiple recordings. Your blood pressure can go up at the doctor’s office just from stress of being there. Not a very accurate indicator since it is influenced by so many factors. Need to record an average over time with multiple samples.
