Does no nut help you to do multiple rounds? I only imagine it takes away doing diddly squat because the sensation would send me into outer space if I’ve hadn’t released for a week.

Also, any tips on lasting multiple rounds appreciated as posters here say they can last 3+

I doubt you ever get any. So my advice wouldn't be useful.

It deals with how the white Christian identity can promote racist beliefs with the way the theology is presented, etc.. . That triggered me to look at Black women and start fapping in between insurance calls at the same time? Guess that book was just too much info for the brain to handle.

Yeh this is very common.. Learning about History often leads to fapping. SMH

I think I might skip watching that documentary about the decline & collapse of the Roman Empire tonight.

This thing may have kept for a lower blood pressure.

Blood pressure fluctuates constantly. I was recording mine for a period of time and it would change while just sitting there and taking multiple recordings. Your blood pressure can go up at the doctor’s office just from stress of being there. Not a very accurate indicator since it is influenced by so many factors. Need to record an average over time with multiple samples.
