"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Most of the time, when I approach women in social settings (like bars, restaurants, gyms, or clubs), I often have to deal with angry beta males who get very triggered by my behavior. Sometimes, they even give me angry looks — a few have even said things like I’m a “monster” or that I “play with women,” just because I initiated a conversation. Today, for example, a guy called me a "women player" simply because I didn’t reciprocate a girl's attention, refusing her.
(so it seems that even refusing girl trigger them).

Since I’m attracted to Asian women, it sometimes happens that when I approach a Chinese girl, there are Chinese guys nearby who react with very angry expressions — as if they’re sending me all their hatred. I’d say Chinese simps are the most emotional and resentful ones; they seem to harbor deep resentment toward a normal guy like me for approaching women. This evening I was at a chinese restaurant and I saw a table with 3 chinese girls, and one of them was very pretty. I just approached her while she wa eating and told her she is very pretty. The chinese waiter basically refused me a table, not letting me eating at the restaurant.

So here’s my point: the real issue is that these simps or beta males often try to ruin my reputation by telling women things like “stay away from him,” “he’s a bad guy,” or “be careful, he’s the type who hits on women.” These guys make the whole experience of approaching women really uncomfortable — it’s like walking on eggshells. I try not to care and just ignore them, but the reality is, they ruin a lot of potential opportunities for me.

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

You can’t. What are you going to do, beat them up?

One option:

When you next find yourself the target of opprobium like "You're a monster” or "You just play with women", retort:

"Chillax, my ninja... I haven't even sliced the tits off of this one's chest yet, much less stuffed them with wood wool, then played volleyball with each

I doubt those women will take their opinions seriously, especially if they aren't familiar with them. I say ignore, maybe even tease them and shift your attention back to her.

My 2 cents

I don’t have much to add, but your question reminds me a lot of the thread below about OP being put down by men when approaching women. Some of the responses there might help with your dilemma.

“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.
