Couple of good ideas, if labor intensive. Use dummy profiles of the kind of person you want to gauge the competition versus your own profile. Also average 23 hours between communication for women..

Well, you're right...but just for fun I did what she did and back tested 13 women I've dated this year versus what I think is important to me. And it actually did confirm what this site preachs.
Girls I met in real life are all over the map for quality.
Match girls are good quality..may be better screening.
POF girls are terrible...again, may be screening.
Quality girls that are newer, have higher interest..reflects improved self..?
Two of the top four are current plates.

To me as a 45 year old...this woman is awful...frumpy, over analytical, unattractive...I wouldn't bang her after 10 beers let alone marry and have kids...LOL....online has made her delusional.
Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.
