Low self esteem and poor self image. You've gotta figure out why you don't feel comfortable accepting that they think of you this way.
Btw this is is the #1 killer of most people's satisfaction with their interpersonal relationships in life..simply not being able to accept that they're good enough to be held in high regard by others.

Sometimes it's hard to gage if your too confident they might read you as arrogant, not confident enough they might read you a as a simp. Then again some women like simps and some like arrogance.
So you win some you loose some it's a numbers game keep spinning plates if you don't want to sleep alone at night.
