I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

I blend half to 2/3 a blender full skim milk, a cup of oats, a few spoonfulls of peanut butter, and a scoop of whey. It's arround 800 calories and tastes great.

If the grainy consistency caused by the oats bothers your stomach then throw in a banana and it will be smoother.

Avacodos are great for shakes.

Olive oil won't mess up the flavor.

Yeah but all the "weight gainers" posted are going to be Waist Gainers.

You can either do protien and carbs, or protein and fats. Mixing carbs and fats in a weight gainer is going to **** you up in the long run.

Try mixing whey with eggs and peanut butter. Or Whey with oatmeal and fruits and low-fat yogurts. Neither with milk.

Bread and pancakes are incomplete proteins anyway. I have yogurt actually that's made with skim milk and has basically no sugar in it, which is fantastic in both shakes, but mostly yogurt sucks along with anything dairy.
