I’ve been seeing those videos where people make their own protein gummies and bars at home, and I honestly have questions.

I was actually thinking about trying protein powder, but after seeing these, I started wondering if making my own gummies or bars would be a better option if I can actually pull it off. I’m definitely not a genius in the kitchen, so that part is still questionable.

Can you really get a decent amount of protein from these things, or is this more of a “looks good on TikTok” situation?

The gummies caught my attention because they apparently have some protein in them, but I don’t know if they’re actually a healthy option. And with some of these homemade protein bars, are we basically making a chocolate bar and calling it a protein bar?

Anyone here actually made these? Any suggestions on whether they’re worth trying or not?

Haha, fair enough. Chicken definitely gets the job done.

Honestly, I was thinking about making some gummy bears that I could grab quickly when I’m in a hurry, especially in the morning when I’m running late. It’s more about having something convenient than trying to replace actual food.

These are great. You can meal prep a bunch, freeze them, and just pop them in the microwave if you need a fast meal.

i don't see what the point of that would be. just eat protein powder, pasteurized liquid eggs, bone broth, or sardines if you want sources of convenient, high quality protein.

Jesus dude just eat some chicken or something.

“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

I always keep cans of Jack Mackerel on hand for quick protein ;)

Lower in fat, but extremely high in Omega 3 content in the fat it does have.
